We'll immediately issue you a refund, replacement, or merchandise credit for any confetti or streamer product that has not been special ordered. For our special order confetti or streamer products, we guarantee that they will be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they're not, you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. And we'll be friendly about it too with no hassles -- that's our commitment to customer service excellence!
Confetti Cannons:
We guarantee all of our confetti cannon products to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you ever have any problems with any of our confetti cannons please contact us immediately. We will be happy to assist you with your problem. If we cannot fix the problem over the phone we will repair or replace your confetti cannon if the problem has not been caused by improper use.
Remote Control Systems:
We guarantee all of our remote control systems to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Remote Control Systems:
We guarantee all of our remote control systems to be 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.
For a full product refund, store credit, or exchange, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of when you receive them, in their original condition. Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you'd prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different item not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you're requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order.
Please be advised that exchanges that are not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error will incur a replacement shipping charge.
Keep in mind that customized bulk confetti orders cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors.
We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss.
